How a partnering event works?
1. Registration | until 2 October 2020
Starting from registration, you will receive constant updates on what to do next.
2. Set up a profile
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility in the platform. Be clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you need in terms of food technologies, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more efficient meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.
3. Request meetings | 04 Jun - 7 Oct 2020
Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to virtually meet. Adding a meaningful remark explaining why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically. And don't forget to check meeting requests received by other participants.
4. Build connections | 8-10 Oct 2020
You can view date/time of your meetings via the Menu “Meetings” at any time
About 1-2 days before the event you will anyway receive an email with your detailed meeting schedule.
Please, check your meeting agenda online as well or through the "b2match" Mobile App (iOS/Android) to get access to your meeting schedule on your mobile phone, to find last-minute changes (bookings/cancellations) or to manage additional meetings during the event (send/receive/confirm requests).
